Amanda Stowell is the Senior Registered Nurse at The Cosmetic Medicine Centre. With 28 years nursing experience, Amanda gained her general nursing registration at Maryborough Base Hospital. 7 years followed this at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane in the Burns, Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery Unit - 3 of those as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
After the birth of her first child, Amanda returned to work in the operating theatre at Brisbane’s Wesley Hospital with Plastic & Reconstructive surgery lists being her focus.
For the last 13 years Amanda has assisted Dr Dingley at The Cosmetic Medicine Centre.
Amanda is the Laser Safety Officer for the practice as well as a certified laser operator. She has held licences with Queensland Radiation Health since the licence system inception.
Amanda’s knowledge and skill in delivering laser treatments, discussing cosmetic procedures and caring for patients post procedure, makes her a valuable asset to the team.
