Confirmation Policy

In consideration of our long waiting list, which you may be on at times, we are now confirming our appointments a few days earlier. Our receptionists will call or sms you around three business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Could you please confirm your appointment within 24 hours of this reminder or your appointment may be allocated to someone else.
